Grout, Concrete & Mortar Delivery System was developed after more than a decade of development and thousands of field tests to help streamline the installation of grouts and mortars in a multitude of applications for convenience, safety, and efficiency. Each model includes a unique swiveling base that reduces the number of moves required by the forklift. These grout delivery systems can be operated via wireless remotes, allowing operators greater pour precision. Both horizontal and uphill models require only two people for safe operation and complete masonry block fill, one to guide the hose and the other to drive the forklift. The delivery system means no more carrying large buckets of grout to the installation site. Instead, your workers can pour in a 17' radius and easily manipulate the direction without moving the forklift. Cleanup is fast and easy with the removable auger which reduces cleanup to less than 15 minutes. Characteristics: - Two laborers - Three minute set up - 15 minutes clean up - Weight on forklift instead of men - Can grout fill a green masonry joint without harm Specifications: - Standard capacity Cu. yd (1,296 Cu. In) (.57 Cu. Meters) - Material discharge rate of Cu Yd in 2 minutes - Remote control operation (forward/reverse of auger) - 8' (2.44 m) reinforced, collapsible dispensing hose (4" diameter) Standard hydraulic power from skid steer (Standard) - Hydraulic flow rate 10 gpm @ 2000 psi - Handles up to (1.91 cm) aggregate - Empty weight- 985 lbs. (446.7 kg) - Gross weight with load- 3885 lbs. (1807.5 kg) - Overall dimensions (LXWXH) 92", 41.5", 49" Options: Remote Electric/Hydraulic Power Pack or Gas Engine/Hydraulic Power Pack 11.7 HP Honda Gas Engine - adds 450 lbs. of weight Crane lift bail for higher reach and better access (adds 2' of height and 90 lbs. of weight) Wireless Remote Control

MST has long understood the hazardous involved with mixing cement and epoxy aggregate products and the airborne dusts that are part of the mixing process. MST has incorporated a vacuum system as an option for the solid top mixers to make sure that all airborne particulate does not reach the equipment operator. These tops and vacuum systems meet all OSHA requirements for the containment of silica containment.
