Installation Accessories

  • This includes various length screws for the general construction of wood and styrofaom forms to the attachment of the forms to the concrete substrate for the installation of our epoxy and cement grouts.
  • An absorbant polymer crystal designed to absorb high volumes of liquid into itself. This allows the liquid and any contaminates housed within, to be removed/transported in a much easier and affordable way. Unlike other solidification media such as saw dust, Portland Cement, Kitty-litter, Dri-Rite, or kiln dust the Genesis chemically bonds with water and it will hold it under pressure while only adding minimal mass. General rule is that the Genesis product can absorb up to 400 times its volume.
  • We carry various pumping systems for the application of our cement and epoxy grouts. These pumps are small in physical project footprint and delivery our grouts in a convenient and cost savings method for large volumes of product. Manufacturers include Graco, Machine Technologies, EZG manufacturing, Putzmeister, Blastcrete,
  • We can help the project designer or contractor design a headbox system to help in the placement of epoxy and cement grouts under tight gaps and long distances. It's vital to understand the dynamics of hydraulic weight of epoxy and cement grouts.
  • For use onsite to aid in the clean-out of mortar mixers and pumps after product application and create an environmental control.
  • We carry a number of surface port styles designed for each application. It is highly recommended to call one of our field technicians with your applicaation for proper port design. Ports include standard plastic surface ports, bladder style ports, spring ports, rubber-band ports, mechanical packers, hammer in packers, adhesive style insert ports, corner ports.
  • A specialty designed mixing blade used to help eliminate entrained air in the pre-mix of our two component resin grout systems and efficiently mix our two component coating systems for surface application.
  • A specialty mixer designed to mix 5 gallon buckets of finished product. This is used for our Chockfast Blue and Gray epoxy grout compounds, the RSR surface repair system, or premixing the "A" & "B" components of our Escoweld 7505E and CWC 604 epoxy grout compounds. Call for a recommendation of product capability.
  • The layflat hose is used to apply our epoxy and cement grout sytems in tight application tolerances. The hoses are available in low, medium, and high pressure capabilities. Call for a recommendation for the product you are choosing to pump.
  • We can supply all application tools necessary for the placement of our epoxy and cement grouts. This includes margin trowels, edging tools,
  • When mixing small volume units of our products we offer polyurethne mixing tubs. Use with our contrctors mixing hoe.
  • We carry a complete line of mortar mixers for mixing our epoxy and cement grouting syatems and cement and structural concrete products. As small as a 7 Cu. Ft. portable unit all the way to a 20 Cu. Ft. mix station. We can also manufacture refactory mixers with replaceable liners for long running life to the mixing machine. These machines can be electric driven, gas engine driven, diesel engine driven, with manual or hydraulic mix and dump controls. Custom features include water bars for custom metering of water for volume mix designs, solid top fill grates to comply with OSHA onsite dust control for personnel safety.
  • An air driven pneumatic applicatior for low viscosity resin sytems utilizing 30 oz. empty cartridges for filling with desired product or from pre-packaged materials. Utilizes 100 psi service air and has a built-in air pressure regulator for dispensing control.
  • A rod driven pneumatic applicatior for low viscosity resin sytems utilizing 10 oz. empty cartridges for filling with desired product or from pre-packaged materials. Utilizes 100 psi service air and has a built-in air pressure regulator for dispensing control.

  • A thin silicon based product designed to prevent the epoxy grout from bonding to the machine mounting surface during the chocking process. If used properly this product does not create enough buildup to create excessive puldown and loss of machine alignment.
  • We carry all the necessary hardware to support our pump systems in getting the grout product from the pump to the application area. This includes hoses, fittings, and cleanup wands to make sure the grouts are completely cleaned from expnsive high pressure hose systems.
  • We can supply power generation for our pumping systems for remote grout placement applications.
  • We can supply a high pressure wash system for the complete cleanout of mixing equipment after placement of epoxy and cement grouting systems.
  • We can supply all necessary hardware for the delivery of our grouting systems with a pump. This includes quick connect fittings such as cam & groove fittings in aluminum or plastic, hose clamps and all necessary hose requirements.
  • Used to seal the forming material to the subtrate to prevent material leakage during product installation.
  • We carry numerous designs of static mixer tips for every cartridge system we represent. Give us a call and we'll make the proper recommendation of static mixer for the product purchased.
  • We can work with your project designers to supply the proper structural lumber capable of handling the weights of our epoxy grout and structural concretes.
  • We manufacture various shapes of 1#, 2#, and 3# density styrofoam for the forming of our grouting products. These shapes include square, recangular, and chamfer style for safety edging of formed epoxy grout applications. Custom shapes for anchor bolt blockouts in new concrete foundations, etc. Call with your design and we'll recommend a product.
