Injection Systems

  • A stainless steel mechanical packer for 5/8" diameter drilled inlet hole in structure x 3" long (16 x 70mm). Comes with either a "zerk" style injection fitting or a "button" head (slide fittings)
  • A rigid port used for the injection of our resin systems on various substrates. This port will accept premixed "A" & "B" components into its reservoir for large volume injection processes without the requirement of a pump. The injection is completed via a plunger on the reservoir and a rubber band system providing a constent pressure on the mixed resins to maintain a positive pressure on the injection process. Resins are easily visible through the polyurethane translucent reservoir. Reservoir can be repeatedly refilled without the fear of injecting air into the void cavity.
  • A rigid port used for the injection of our resin systems on various substrates. This port will accept premixed "A" & "B" components into its reservoir for large volume injection processes without the requirement of a pump. The injection is completed via a plunger on the reservoir and a spring system providing a constent pressure on the mixed resins to maintain a positive pressure on the injection process. Resins are easily visible through the polyurethane translucent reservoir. This port can be injected thru the plunger using any of our cartridge systems. The design allows resins to move into the void area with the fear of air entrainment.
  • A plastic button type injection port that utilizes a rubber sleeve inserted into the 5/8" drilled hole in the substrate. The plastic port is then inserted into the rubber sleeve with a ratchet tooth grip to provide the seal. Used for low pressure injection of epoxy and urethane products.
  • A rigid mechanical port used for the injection of our resin systems on concrete or masonary substrates. These are manufactured from plastic materials that that can be hammer inserted into a drilled hole of 1/2" diameter. It is typically used where low pressure injection is required to complete the injection process. The ports come with various connections utilizing either a "Zerk" style fitting or a "Button Head" connector.
  • A rigid mechanical port used for the injection of our resin systems on concrete or masonary substrates. These are manufactured from stainless steel materials that that can be inserted into a drilled hole from 1/4" to 5/8" diameters. This style port is a metal base material with an expandable rubber sleeve to minimize concrete spalls and port blow. It is typically used where high pressure injection is required to complete the injection process. The ports come in various lengths for various depth of injection applications and injections connections utilizing wither a "Zerk" style fitting or a "Button Head" connector.
  • A rigid mechanical port used for the injection of our resin systems on concrete or masonary substrates. These are manufactured from brass materials that can be inserted into a drilled hole from 1/4" to 5/8" diameters. This style port is a metal base material with an expandable rubber sleeve to minimize concrete spalls and port blow. It is typically used where high pressure injection is required to complete the injection process.
