A two-component, 100% solids, moisture insensitive, structural epoxy adhesive used to fill cracks up to 1/4″ in width. The LV adhesive is a very low viscority epoxy system that can be gravity fed or pressure injected into cracks and voids. The LV adhesive can also be used as a buinder for making an epoxy patching mortar using an aggregate extension. Characteristics: – Low viscosity for deep penetration into cracks or voids – Moisture insensitive for use in damp enviroments – High modulus structural adhesive – High strength properties – Excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood, steel, and most structural materials – Meets USDA specifications for use in food processing areas – Low odor – Meets ASTM C881 Types I, II, IV, and V, Grade 1 Class B & C Uses Include: – Gravity feed of large cracks in horizontal concrete and masonry – Pressure injection of cracks in structural concrete, masonry, wood, and other substrates up to 1/4″ wide – Pressure injection of vertical and overhead cracks with proper application techniques – Sealing tunnels, cable vaults, tanks, and basements – Seal interior slabs and exterior above grade slabs from water and chlorides – Binder for an epoxy patching mortar of interior horozontal surfaces
