MST Technical Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative, you will be expected to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, working with contractors, specifiers, and owners to sell Machine Support Technologies range of products.
Key responsibilities
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Aid with technical insights on job site relating to product application and installation
• Reach out to customer leads
• Resolve customer problems and complaints with customer services, to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
• Supply as requested of customer needs, pain points, opportunities, and potential new products
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Submit weekly expense and sales reports
• Other duties as required
Education / Experience
• High School Diploma
• Professional Industry Development
• 3+ years proven work experience in outside sales
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel

Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving
The MST shipping and receiving person is generally responsible for pulling and shipping orders, receiving deliveries, processing returns, carrier relations, order management, inventory management, customer service and other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure all shipments receive the proper labeling
• Keep management and supervisors aware of product shortages
• Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse as instructed
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the PO
• Verify all incoming goods are in acceptable condition
• Accurately package, label and weigh items to be shipped
• Ensure all items are packaged and shipped with proper documentation
• Work with the front office to ensure orders are handled/shipped promptly
Capabilities / Competencies
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Certified and experienced to safely, and efficiently operating a forklift
• Ability to keep an accurate accounting of all inventory
• Relevant customer service experience is a plus as shipping clerks interact with customers to replace lost or damaged goods
• Experience in maintaining attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills as a team member
• Strong work ethic, personal accountability and integrity
Education / Experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Order entry and administrative experience
• 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
• Microsoft Office experience (Word/Excel)
• Experience setting up LTL shipments and creating bills of lading
Certifications
• Current forklift certification
CSR / Office Assistant
The CSR/Office Assistant serves as the primary contact for customer and sales reps, to input orders, securing shipping quotes, submitting orders and completing documentation to the warehouse for shipping.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as customer service greeting customers via telephone and walk-in
• Receive inquiryies via telephone, email, internet, and social media
• Prepare shipping documents and be willing to be trained in the shipping and handling of hazardous materials under D.O.T. 49 CFR & I.A.T.A Regulations
• Review/edit documentation: quotes, sales orders, purchase orders to ensure accuracy
• Generate purchase orders via QuickBooks
• Prepare shipping quotes
• Prepare shipping documentation
• Send quotes to reps/customers and follow up
• Complete, maintain and file all required paperwork, records, documents as directed
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
• Maintain office housekeeping standards
Education / Experience
• High School Diploma
• Professional Industry Development
• 1+ years proven work experience in an office environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
