Reinstall the turbine generator on new vibration isolators mounted to soleplate for easy future servicing. Soleplate mounted to ship bedplate using Chockfast Orange load-bearing epoxy chocking compound.
Problem: Severely corroded bedplate for turbine generator mount causing a soft foot condition leading to high bearing temperatures and vibration.
Solution: Manufacture a soleplate with jacking screws to install on the corroded bedplate to aid in leveling the turbine generator to ship bedplate.
